Farmtrek’s National Delivery Policy
2025 (updated 20th December 2025)

Farmtrek Australia Pty Ltd (“Farmtrek”) whose registered office is Unit 1, 12 Tyree Place, Braemar, NSW 2575 Australia provides a national delivery service within the designated region of Australia in accordance with the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined in this National Delivery Policy.

1. Scope of Delivery Services

Farmtrek provides delivery services for vehicles across mainland Australia, excluding Tasmania. Delivery is available to the nearest regional town, suburb, or city to the customer’s specified location. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the vehicle from the designated delivery point. Where practically feasible, Farmtrek will make every effort to deliver the vehicle directly to the customer’s home address if it is practically feasible.

2. Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee applies to all Farmtrek deliveries and is inclusive of GST.

  • SA: $1,090
  • WA & NT: $1,990

Delivery fees can be selected and added at the time of ordering through our customer booking tool. All prices are in AUD.

3. Remote Areas

If you are located in a remote or less accessible area such as an island, delivery may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. We will inform you of any additional charges before finalising your order.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary based on the customer’s location, time of the year, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. While Farmtrek will make every effort to deliver the vehicle within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur, and Farmtrek shall not be held liable for any such delays.

5. Delivery Process, Risk Transfer, and Use of Third-Party Services

Farmtrek may engage third-party service providers to deliver your vehicle. Whether delivered by Farmtrek or a third-party provider, the vehicle is deemed to be delivered to the customer once it is loaded onto the delivery vehicle for transport. At this point, the risk of loss or damage to the vehicle passes to the customer. Farmtrek will ensure that third-party providers used for delivery are reputable and insured, but Farmtrek shall not be held liable for the actions or omissions of these providers. In the event of an accident or any issue preventing the vehicle from reaching the designated delivery point, the customer is responsible for processing any claims through the insurance policy provider allocated at the time the delivery is booked.

6. Exceptions and Special Conditions

Please note that this delivery policy does not extend to the state of Tasmania, Western Australia or the Northern Territory. However, delivery to these locations may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and will be quoted individually. As Farmtrek does not regularly deliver to these regions, our prices may not be competitive. For customers in these areas, alternative arrangements must be made, which may include pickup from a designated location within the mainland.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Change of Terms

Farmtrek reserves the right to modify or update this National Delivery Policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or otherwise communicated to customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmtrek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the delivery of vehicles under this policy. Farmtrek’s total liability for any claim arising under this policy shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the delivery service. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
